AS A LAND USE DESIGNATION, AND CORRESPONDING POLICIES FOR THE RENAISSANCE COMMONS DR! (FKA MOTOROLA DR!) THAT DOCUMENTS ITS APPROVAL, USES, DENSITIES AND INTENSITIES AND APPROVED TRAFFIC GENERATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTNE DATE. ! i .
