WHEREAS, the Rosa A. Bauer, Trustee for the property located at 811 North Federal Highway is requesting abandonment of a 20.18 foot wide alleyway (Lakeside Addition), lying westerly of and adjacent to Lots 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 1 of the Lake Addition Subdivision; and WHEREAS, comments have been solicited from the appropriate City Departments, and p~blic hearings have been held before the CitYs Planning and Development Board and the City Commission on the proposed abandonment; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that said alleyway to be abandoned no longer serve any useful purpose.
