Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item ZNCV 05-007 which
represents denial of your request for relief from the City of Boynton Beach Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 2, Zoning, Section 4.L, Buffer Walls, to allow a six foot (6') fence along the south
(rear) property line in lieu of the required six foot (6') stucco masonry buffer wall required to separate a
commercial district from an abutting residential district. The City Commission denied this variance
request on November 15, 2005, and the time allowed for rectification will be determined by the City Code
Compliance Board.
