Dear Mr. Ford:
In response to your request dated February 5, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Installation of 219 L.F. of CBS wall along the north property
line (as depicted on the attached drawing).
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 02/05/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The wall will not be subject to stucco and paint, as the previously
approved walls on the site were constructed. Should you or the
owner decide to stucco and/or paint the wall, the city will need to
review the color selection.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have
additional questions.

Gentlemen:
Mr. Jim Edward requests your approval of his project to construct a
block wall along the north line of his property (approximately 219 L.FJ.
The removal of the shabby chain link fence and installation of the new wall
will improve the aesthetics as well as the security conditions of the property.
The wall will be constructed so as to meet all local requirements as
determined by the building department.
