Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 02/05/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. The wall will not be subject to stucco and paint, as the previously approved walls on the site were constructed. Should you or the owner decide to stucco and/or paint the wall, the city will need to review the color selection.
