decision to make this improvement to their existing structure in an attempt to add both
enjoyment and value to their home.
While they had the option of moving from the city to another neighborhood to find
what they desired in a home, they choose to remain in the Golfview Harbour
neighborhood and make modifications esthetically appealing to both their current home
and the neighborhood.
