Dear Mr. Borden:
In response to your request dated November 12, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Removal of the column/arch (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Removal of roof dormers (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Removal of the lower elevation box-out extension shown at the
side elevation (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· Revision of the colonial windows and sliding glass doors on the
side and rear elevation to standard glazing (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 11/12/04 are not acceptable and not deemed "minor" as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site
Plan Review, and may not continue to be processed by the Building
Division as a permit application. Only the "removal of the lower
elevation box-out extension shown at the side elevation" may be
processed as an amendment to the original plans.
Be advised that any proposed change may require a modification to
