Dear Mr. Breese,
I do hereby request an extension ohhe site plan approvallur the Arboiata Townhouse
project that was granted February 4,2003. Delay in obtaining building permits has been
due to the fact that wc had to also had to obtain zone change approval from the DCA
(granted August, 2003), South Florida Water Management approval (November, 2003),
and pIal approval (pending) befure we could proceed with building permit approval.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
