Dear Mr. Hamilton:
In response to your request dated September 29, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification/Enclosure of the front entryway and adjustment to
the entrance walk (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 10/3/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The new storefront shall match the other glass areas on the
building relative to style, materials and color.
2. The construction of the wall shall consist of the same materials as
the remainder of the structure, have the same finish and be painted
the same color.
3. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester.
4. Landscaping is required along the new storefront. Coordinate with
the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Dear Mr. Breese:
Enclosed are four signed and sealed prints of the site plan drawing with front elevation
and floor plan drawing. Also enclosed is a $100.00 check for the minor site plan
modification fee.
The work to be done at the exterior is to enclose the existing covered entry porch. The
new storefront and painted stucco wall will match the existing building.
The front sidewalk is to be moved over to align with the front entry doors. No additional
walkway area is being added. All other work is interior remodeling.
