Re: Minor Modifications to Muvico Theater at Boynton Beach Mall
Dear Ed,
Thank you for your time today and I believe that based on our meeting the minor modifications we propose
to our Boynton Beach Muvico design were well received.
While the overall program remains the same in that we did not change the interior seat count, the number of
auditoriums, parking counts, traffic flow or business model. We have eliminated the "Parthenon" Porte
cachere, lowered the overall height of the building and substituted a "Mission" theme with softly
illuminated bell tower for the previously approved Greco-Roman design.
The building colors will be modified slightly from the original to be more in keeping with the Mission
pallet and as additional enhancement we have introduced flanking planter areas with ceramic tile inserts,
the type of which would be found in this architecture.
In review of the flavor and architecture of Boynton Beach, we believe that the design we now submit
creates a harmonious compliment to the mall, and most importantly with the City as a whole.
If you agree please issue at your earliest convenience notice that you and your staff approve these minor
changes so that we may release our archltects to develop the construction documents.
Should there be any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
M~V:iC Thea~~rs. I
