In response to your request dated March 8, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Elimination of two (2) parking spaces in order to preserve two
(2) existing mature trees (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 3/10/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

former parking spaces to prevent vehicular intrusion, along with

Dear Ed,
Please find four sets of a revised drawing and the application fee of $100.00 for the above
referenced project.
I am requesting an administrative amendment for a minor site plan revision. The revision
involves reducing the parking by two spaces in order to preserve two mature shade trees. The
required parking is 165 spaces (inclusive of 6 HC spaces). The original plan provided 179
spaces total. We are requesting to reduce the total number of spaces to 177; this total reflects
171 regular spaces plus 6 HC spaces.
