Exhibit 1 A provides the parking demand calculations for the office development based on operational considerations. Due to the close proximity to the TriRail Station, transit usage has been estimated within the guidelines of the Urban Land Institute's, Shared Parking Studv. Incentives for employee usage of transit are proposed. Exhibit 1 B provides the parking demand calculation based on the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), Parking Generation, 3rd Edition. For both calculations, City of Boynton Beach Code requirement of a 10% buffer has been utilized. The operational analysis, as shown on Exhibit 1 A, results in a projected parking demand of 311 vehicles. The ITE parking generation calculates the parking demand at 306 vehicles. Thus, the maximum weekday parking demand is projected to be 311 vehicles. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
