To: The Boynton Beach City council
I am submitting the required documents and forms to enable me and my family to have a
small pool installed in our back yard. Due to the utility easement in the rear (north side)
of the house, it will not allow us to accomplish this without the use of the east side of the
house, which has a 12ft. set back. With removal ofthe set back the 3 foot wall
maintenance will still be intact and have room for part of the pool.
As you will note, I have the Homeowners Association approval. I am requesting this
change only for homes in our association with the same kind of property layout and
setbacks. I intend to follow all proper guidelines and procedures if this change is made. I
am simply asking permission for the maximum space possible for the installation of our
pool.

Beach Building Codes and Ordinances. The homeowner (John Frullo) to meet the
requirements of the City of Boynton Beach and Boynton Estates Homeowners
Association, Inc shall incur any cost involved.
