In response to your request date-stamped May 10, 2004 and
subsequent revised plans date-stamped July 22, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/22/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Robinson:
In response to your request date-stamped May 10, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 5/10/04 are ~ "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review. This
project may not continue to be processed by the Building Division
as a permit application, due to the following conditions:
1. The sign may not exceed 32 square feet in size and may not exceed
six (6) feet in height from ground level.
2. The address should be placed at a prominent location at the top of
the sign.
3. The base of the monument sign must be landscaped in accordance with
the code.
Be advised that any proposed changes to the plans in order to
comply with staff comments above will require further review, and
will likely require a modification to the building permit. Please
