Dear Mr. Tessar:
In response to your request dated November 2, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Inclusion of a color schedule for each model (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
· On Model 2510: modification of window elevation and dimension,
removal of 4" under molding and inclusion of a ~Wall Beyond" and
~Wall Box Out" detail (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· On Model 2679: modification of window and glass block dimensions
(as depicted on the attached plan)
· On Model 3054: modification of glass block dimension (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
· On Model 2279: modification of window dimensions and scored
stucco insert (as depicted on the attached plan) .
· On Model 1952: modification of band dimensions, window
dimensions, inclusion of raked beam detail and elevation change
from finished floor to TOB (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 11/3/04 are ~minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

RE: Serrano Floor & Elevation ModifICations
Models 3054 & 2679
Mr. Breeze:
After researching the glass block alterations to models 3054 & 2679 it the following are the
reasons for the alterations. .
3054 Left Side Elevation from 6 to 5 across ~ this alteration was made after realizing that the
shower enclosure and originally proposed 48" (6 across) was not symmetrical with the shower
enclosure and entry.
2679 Left and Rear Side Elevation from 8 to 6 high - This alteration was made to accommodate
the Jacuzzi style bathtub. At 64" in height there was insufficient clearance for the top oftbe tub
and a backsplash.
2679 Left Side Elevation from 4 to 3 across - The original 32" was not symmetrical internally as
it did not line up properly with the doorway and needed to appear on center over the toilet space.
