designated, appointed or employed by the City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall
rely upon the accuracy thereof, and any change in any item submitted shall be deemed material and
substantial.
The undersigned hereby agrees that all plans, specifications, drawings, engineering and other data
which may be approved by the City of Boynton Beach, or its boards, commissions, staff or designees shall be

ADDENDUM TO COMMERCIAL CONTRACf
1. The legal description of the property is going to be detennined by a surveyor after execution
of this Conttaot and before the closing. Oncc detennined, it shall be used on the deed of conveyance.
If the ability to convey the subject property requires the Seller to plat the property, Buyer shall pay
for the costS associated with the platting. Further, should the platting be necessary and the time::
frame to obtain plat approval exceeds the closing date~ then the date of closing shall be extended to
within five (5) days ofSeUer's obtaining plat approval.
2. Bu~ agrees that .the anticipated construction on the premises will be consistant with the
nature and character of the existing shopping center known as ""Fornm Shoppes". Sell<< must
approve aU of Buyer's construction plans before they are submitted to the appropriate governmental
authority for approval; said approval by Seller shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Buyer agrees that Seller will not approve any construction plans that provide from the
constn1ction of a building in excess of 20,000 square feet and/or more than a single story and/or in
any way negatively impact upon SeUer future uses of the balanoe of the shopping center.
3. Upon posting of Buyer's deposit, Buyer shall have the right to place signage on the subject
property advertising the future development of the site. All advertising and the placement thereof
must be professional and tasteful and not be located in any area of the property that negatively
impacts upon ingress and egress to the shopping center or negatively impacts upon visibility for
existing tenants.
