Dear Mr. Perez-Azua:
In response to your request dated December 7, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of south building elevation, including installation
of an exterior stairwell, resulting in the loss of one excess
parking space and landscape modifications (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 12/7/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. The color of the concrete stairwell shall be either PT-1 (Cocoa
Shell) or PT-4 (Alpine White), not PT-2 (Red Barn), as proposed.
2. The roof access ladder proposed on the south elevation shall be
painted to match the wall to which it is affixed.
3. The railings proposed on the south elevation shall match the style
and color of the railings utilized on the north elevation.
4. Additional trees shall be placed against the south fa9ade of the
building in order to comply with Condition of Approval (COA) #27
from the original site plan approval, which states, "Increase the
number of the Montgomery Palms on the south side of the building to
better soften the massing of the structure facing residential
property. Grouping and staggering of the heights may provide the
desired effect".

I have attached (4) sets of signed & sealed drawings along with a check for $100.00 in request of a
minor site modification to the Grove Plaza - Parcel 'B' project which was approved earlier this year.
The items that we have modified and are seeking approval for are as follows:
1 '. We have added an exterior concrete stair at the rear of the building,
2. This change has affected the parking layout of the spaces adjacent to the south side of the
building. We now have a total of 67 parking spaces to meet the required 48 parking spaces,
3. The landscape and civil drawings have been revised to reflect this change. There has been no
change in the site lighting due to the fact that all of our poles for the rear of the building were
placed near the south property line rather than close to the building,
