Re: Bond for Traffic Signal at Congress Blvd.
and Congress Ave., Lakes of Tara, Plat No.1
Dear Mr. Clark:
I am in receipt of your letter dated April 3, 1986, requesting
that $20,000.00 be made available or that a $20,000.00 bond be
posted for the traffic sig~a1. The traffic signal is to be in-
stalled on Congress Avenue at the intersection of Congress Ave-
nue and Congress Boulevard.
The bond that the City- Council released on February 4, 1986,
Resolution No. 86-N, is still in effect. Coral Gables Federal
renewed the bond, for the sum of $30,000.00, on January 24,
1986 and the bond will remain in effect until January 24, 1987.
The renewal of the above bond in the amount of $30,000.00 covers
the amount of $20,000.00 needed for a traffic signal.

RE: LAKES OF TARA PUD
Dear Mr. Annunziato:
I enclose herewith prints of house layouts for Phase I
and Phase II of Lakes of Tara PUD reflecting a ten foot
wide additionw the rear of all homes. The owner of
Lakes of Tara PUD requests approval of a revised master
plan for Phases I and II to allow adding screened porches
on the rear of all homes. This enclosure will be situated
in the area now designated as a rear setback.
We therefore submit six sets of revised master plans and
revised master plan application forms with the $50.00 fee.
