In response to your request dated September 19, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Conversion of unused hotel office space to three (3) guest rooms
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/19/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is a request for a minor modification to an existing building. Per the
attached plans, we intend to convert unused office space into three guest
rooms.
Neither the building footprint nor the existing total square footage will be
increased. The existing storefront glass on the west elevation will be
removed and replaced with windows that match the existing guestroom
windows.
