Dear Mr. Udine:
In response to your request dated July 27, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification to the front entrance door system;
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 7/27/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have

Dear Mr. Rumpf:
It is the intent of Hunters Run Property Owners Association to modify the front entrance door system of
our main Clubhouse.
We will be removing the wooden doors and replacing them with an aluminum and glass automated
"Stanley Door System." In doing this, we will be removing the mahogany wood trim detail from the old
system and reinstalling it onto the new aluminum system.
Action Mobility Products and Services, Inc. and Mr. Troy Turner are our contractors for this project and
will be attaining the necessary permitting on our behalf.
