Dear Ms. Watkins:
In response to your request dated May 16, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Replacement of decorati ve privacy wall on the berm along the
west side of Congress Avenue, running south from Summit Drive
(as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 5/18/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese:
During the hurricanes of 2004, the existing privacy wall which extended south from Summit
along Congress Avenue was destroyed. Weare requesting permission to erect a new wall, 6'
high, atop a 4' berm. Our intention is to mirror an existing wall/berm north of Summit between
Congress A venue and the Isles community of Hunters Run. The proposed wall/berm south of
Summit would be identical to the existing wall/berm north of Summit in design, color, and
landscaping.
Per our conversation with Karen Maine, we have submitted 4 copies of the site plan, 4 copies of
a landscape plant list, a rendering of the proposed wall, and a check for $100 to the City of
Boynton Beach.
We appreciate your consideration of our request. If further information is required, please
