Weare requesting permission to erect a new wall, 6' high, atop a 4' berm. Our intention is to mirror an existing wall/berm north of Summit between Congress A venue and the Isles community of Hunters Run. The proposed wall/berm south of Summit would be identical to the existing wall/berm north of Summit in design, color, and landscaping. Per our conversation with Karen Maine, we have submitted 4 copies of the site plan, 4 copies of a landscape plant list, a rendering of the proposed wall, and a check for $100 to the City of Boynton Beach. We appreciate your consideration of our request.
