Dear Mr. Blotnick:
In response to your request dated May 26, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of fencing around perimeter of the property (as
depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 6/8/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese:
Per my conversations and emails with Karen Main I am presenting the following fence
proposal to you for administrative review.
In April we purchased the above facility from American Gale Insulation. Weare
looking to fence more of the premises as our neighbor next door has. We would like to
move and expand our existing eastern and southern fence towards the property line
respectively in both directions. We would also, add some fence along the northern
street side and keep this black consistent with what already exist. Please see attached
Site plan for details of our proposal.
Attached further, is a letter from Don Richardson in reference to recent work that had
been done by American Gale to bring the site back in to compliance

Dear Kevin:
Please be advised that all of the nuisance vegetation associated with the above referenced project
has been cut and removed. All stumps have been treated with Garlon 4 herbicide. A follow-up
treatment for resprouts will occur in about 2-3 weeks.
The initial intent of this project was to maintain the vegetation for one existing gopher tortoise
that was using a burrow in the southwest corner of the site. However. no active or inactive
tortoise burrows were observed following a field review on 17 May 2005. Due to the lack of
activity and the preservation of 40 acres as required by the Development Order for the Quantum
Park DRl, the owner should now be allowed to modify the existing vegetation and elevations.
The owner is proposing to reshape the site and to remove all of the domestic debris followed by
the installation of sod. Construction activities within this portion of the site can now occur with
city approvals.
