RE:
interstate Sign Crafters - Build-Out Extension
TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
Dear Mr. Rumpf:
The Palm Beach County Traffic Division has reviewed the request for build-out extension
for the previously approved project entitled; Interstate Sign Crafters, pursuant to the
Traffic Performance Standards in Article 12 of the Palm Beach County Land
Development Code. This project is summarized as follows:
Location:
Municipality:
Existing Uses:
Proposed Uses:
New Daily Trips:
New PH Trips:
Build-out Year:
East side of High Ridge Road, North of Miner Road intersection.
Boynton Beach
None
17,384 SF Warehouse
82 @ 5% pass-by
8 AM and 9 PM - @ 5% pass-by
2007
Based on our review, the Traffic Division has determined that the build-out extension of
the proposed warehouse project meets the Traffic Performance Standards of Palm
Beach County. The build-out date has been extended by 2 years from the current year
because of the insignificant traffic generated by the project. No building permits are to be
issued by the City after the build-out date specified above. The County traffic
concurrency approval is subject to the Project Aggregation Rules set forth in the Traffic
Perforrnanl;e Stanaards Orainance. If you helve any questions regarding this
determination, please contact me at 684-4030.
Sincerely,
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY ENG
