Dear Mr. Perrine:
In response to your request dated August 2, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Installation of small concrete patios to replace patio stones
for Units 101,103,104,105 and 107(as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/13/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. If the scope of the project demands removal of any landscaping,
then approval of the City Forester is required prior to the
relocation/elimination of such plant material.
2. No work shall occur in any easements.
3. No further improvements shall be made in the area of the new
concrete patios without Minor Modification approval.
