Re: Fence on the north border of Mariners Way
Dear Sir:
The recent hurricanes destroyed the wood fence border ofthe Manatee Cove Community.
This border was specified on the original site plan for Manatee Cove. However, over time
the fence weakened and the ficus hedge we planted helped support the fence.
We are hereby requesting a minor site modification to replace the wood fence with a chain
link one. This would provide security for our community and for the homes on South Road.
It would be a more sturdy and long-lasting structure than the wood fence. Also, the hedge
will continue to grow to obscure the fence, thus providing a more aesthetic perimeter.
We appreciate the help which the staff at Planning and Zoning have always provided in
these matters. We appreciate your consideration ofthis modification. If you have any
questions, please call me on 561-248-9005.
Thank you.
