MMSP 05-033 Dear Mr. Lopez: In response to your updated request date-stamped March 1, 2006 for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following: . On the Site and Civil plans, show and identify all necessary traffic control devices such as stop bars, stop signs, double yellow lane separators striping, directional arrows and "Do Not Enter" signage, etc. See City Standard Drawings "K". Series for striping details. 2. Include pole wind loading, and pole details, including material, height, colors and fixture style, in conformance with the LDR, Chapter 6, Article IV, Section 11, Chapter 23, Article I, Section 5.B.7 and Chapter 23, Article II, Section A on the Lighting Plan. 3. Show sight triangles on the Landscape plans (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.H.). Reference Palm Beach County Standards for the sight triangles on Seacrest Blvd. 4. Comprehensive Plan Policy 3.C.3.4. requires the conservation of potable water. As other sources are readily available City water shall not be allowed for irrigation. Please identify the irrigation source on the plans. 5. Provide written and graphic scales, as well as a north arrow, on all sheets. . Page 2 April 5, 2006 6. Full Drainage plans, including drainage calculations, in accordance with the LDR, Chapter 6, Article IV, Section 5 will be required at the time of permitting. The provided drainage calculations were briefly reviewed for general conformance with City of Boynton Beach standards. No obvious errors were noted and a full review will be done at the time of permit application. 7. Paving, Drainage and Site details will not be reviewed for construction acceptability at this time. All engineering construction details shall be in accordance with the applicable City of Boynton Beach Standard Drawings and the "Engineering Design Handbook and Construction Standards" and will be reviewed at the time of construction permit application. 8. All trees must be a minimum of 12 feet in height at the time of planting, with a 3 inch caliper trunk measured at 4.5 feet from the ground. Please correct the plans to reflect this requirement. 9. No detail of the shed to be placed at the SE corner was provided, therefore no approval for a shed is given. Subsequent submittal of shed detail are subject to review and approval of the Plan Review Analyst. 10. The ficus hedge depicted on the plans is a prohibited plant species in Boynton Beach. Please designate another suitable shrub material. 11.There are overhead power lines around the perimeter of the church property. Landscaping shall be designed and installed in accordance with FPL's "Plant the Right Tree in the Right Place". 12.No request was made for any interior changes, although floor plans were submitted. Staff is not reviewing or approving any interior alterations with this requested modification. 13.All comments requiring changes and/or corrections to the plans shall be reflected on all appropriate sheets. 14.Please note that changes or revisions to these plans may generate addi tional comments. Acceptance of these plans during the modification process does not ensure that additional comments may not be generated at permit review.
