Dear Ms. Fave':
In response to your request dated June 24, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification to subdivision entry walls, including arch and
planters (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 6/25/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. Modification of proposed paint colors to be in visual harmony with
surrounding development. Before painting, color samples shall be
submitted and the color change must be approved by the City.
2. Replacement landscaping is being handled through a landscape
permit, subject to approval of the City Forester.
3. The proposed improvements appear to conflict with the existing
signage. If the signage is to be relocated or new signage proposed,
a separate Minor Modification will be required to be submitted to
the City.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
