Principal Planner Dear Mr. Breese: I am requesting on behalf of my client a change in color and the addition of simulated stone features on the existing apartment buildings. We are keeping the base color on the buildings which is a mustard color. We are going to enhance the buildings by adding two (2) additional colors as pictured on the attached plans we are submitting for your review and approval. The simulated stone will add features to the buildings which has no character. The color of the stone is a cream color to simulate cut coral. The green tone and rust tone paint will add contrast to an otherwise plain building. We feel that the paint colors and simulated stone will create a more inviting condominium development and the project shall enhance the neighborhood and bring a stronger sense of community to the Meadows PUD.
