In response to your request dated July 6, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of exterior building colors (as depicted on the
attached color samples: base trim of the building - "Iron Ore
Red" BM 2089-10, doors, roof and shutters "Kennebunkport
Green" BM HC-123, and trim detail - "Capri Coast" BM OC-87, with
the existing stucco body of the wall to remain yellow) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/6/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Dear Mr. Breese:
I am requesting on behalf of my client a change in color and the addition of simulated
stone features on the existing apartment buildings.
We are keeping the base color on the buildings which is a mustard color. We are going
to enhance the buildings by adding two (2) additional colors as pictured on the attached
plans we are submitting for your review and approval.
The simulated stone will add features to the buildings which has no character. The color
of the stone is a cream color to simulate cut coral. The green tone and rust tone paint will
add contrast to an otherwise plain building.
We feel that the paint colors and simulated stone will create a more inviting
condominium development and the project shall enhance the neighborhood and bring a
stronger sense of community to the Meadows PUD.
We look forward to hearing from you so we may proceed with the painting.
