I have included (4) sets of drawings showing the north and south entrances including the locations of the proposed gates and fence and the $100 fee. The fixed fence at each development entrance is planned to extend from the water feature on each side to the gates adjacent to the pavement. At each of the north and south development entrances, there will be one pedestrian gate, one car exit gate and ol1e car entrance gate (see elevation sheets). Gate entry will be controlled by'a phone code system. To accommodate access into the community, a turn around circle and lane extension is also proposed (see plan). Please feel free to call me at 954-557-6879 should you have further Questions. Sincerely, A-P~ Stacy Bomar Stacy Bomar Construction, LLC CGc.
