To reiterate the details; Nautica Sound wishes to close the rear entrance to the community during the hours of 11 :OOpm and 5:00am. The gate would consist of a Chain Link rolling gates located directly in front of the pole gates at the rear, residence only, entrance of Nautica Sound (located at the end of Springfield blvd). The current Security officers of the Nautica Sound HOA will be responsible for opening and closing the gates. This would be to help facilitate higher levels of security and force vehicle traffic through the front gate where we currently have a security guard.
