Remodeling of the fa9ade for the Oakwood Square Shopping Center (as depicted on the attached plan), including: Fa9ade improvements as depicted on the attached plans date- stamped June 1, 2005, and including the wrap around of the north and south facades. Repainting of facades with Sherwin-Williams Dover White SW6385 and Nomadic Desert SW6107, as depicted on the attached plans. Replacement of tile roof material with a prairie Stone Buff color roof tile to match and accent proposed paint colors. Enhancement of existing monument signs at Congress Avenue and Old Boynton Road, as depicted on the attached drawings. Pylon Sign Renovation Project #0410506 Dear Mr. Breese, We have previously sent you modifications to the existing pylon sign at Oakwood Square Shopping Center; this is a proposed update to that. The existing pylon sign would be modified and the proposed changes are addressed herein: 1. Re: Facing: The existing CMU stone facing will remain and be clad with EIFS on all sides. 2. Re: Height: The new height of the sign will not exceed 0' -1 0" that of the existing sign height. 3. Re: paint colors: Colors will match those specified in Phase 1 and 2 fayade renovations and will be Sherwin Williams "Down Home" SW 6081 (base), Sherwin Williams "Nomadic Desert" SW 6107 (shaft), and Sherwin Williams "Pure White" SW 7005 (cornice). 4.
