Dear Mr. Kathan:
In response to your request dated February 9, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Remodeling of the fa9ade for SteinMart, former Winn-Dixie tenant
space (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/10/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review.

1. The signage for SteinMart shall be red in color to be consistent
with the other tenants within the shopping center.
2. The EIFS colors shall be Sherwin-Williams Dover White SW6385 and
Nomadic Desert SW6107.
3. Phase II of the project (the remainder of the center) is subject to
final review and approval by the Planning & Zoning Division.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
