This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. No changes to the parking lot or dri ve-thru are approved as a result of this request. 2. Paint information was not submitted as part of this request, therefore the future painting of the plaza shall be a separate request for site plan modification. We met with you in May to show you pictures of the project, and the proposed location of the ATM. As we discussed then, there will be no changes to the parking lot, or drive thru lanes. We will cut a hole in the block wall of the existing building, per the vendor specifications, and mount the A TM at the end of the drive thru. The permit application comments also refer to painting the shopping center. Glace & Company, Inc., is not painting the shopping center. If you have any questions, please contact my office.
