Dear Mr. Glace:
In response to your request date-stamped June 22, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Addition of ATM machine to the drive-up lane of the bank (as
depicted on the attached plan) i
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 6/22/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. No changes to the parking lot or dri ve-thru are approved as a
result of this request.
2. Paint information was not submitted as part of this request,
therefore the future painting of the plaza shall be a separate
request for site plan modification.
Be advised that any proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you
have additional questions.

I have attached four copies of the site plan showing the location of the proposed
A TM for Pan American Bank.
We met with you in May to show you pictures of the project, and the proposed
location of the ATM. As we discussed then, there will be no changes to the
parking lot, or drive thru lanes.
We will cut a hole in the block wall of the existing building, per the vendor
specifications, and mount the A TM at the end of the drive thru.
The permit application comments also refer to painting the shopping center.
Glace & Company, Inc., is not painting the shopping center.
