Enclosed please find an email from Maxime Ducoste-Amedee dated Friday June 17,
2005. As there was a tour of our existing facility it has been deemed a permitted use and
will not require a conditional use permit. Also are included are photographs of our
existing facility that will just be moved to the new facility located at 3210 SW 14th Place,
Boynton Beach.
Also enclosed is a $100.00 check for the permit fee, four copies of the proposed
elevations with changes as follows: (1) proposed front elevation - no changes (2)
proposed right-side elevation, installation of two 3 ft. windows to be installed and 1
additional garage door approx. 14ft high by 8 ft wide. (3) proposed rear elevation - no
changes (4) proposed left-side elevation, installation of garage door 14ft high by 8 ft
wide, removal of two 36" existing hand doors located to right of property, existing double
windows to removed and install 2 36" glass commercial entrance doors.
I appreciate you're time in helping us move our business. We have wanting this for a
long time in searching for the right building. We have totally outgrown our existing
location and are looking forward to the move and being a part of the City of Boynton
Beach.

Per our discussion on Friday, June 17,2005, attached is a copy of the email sent to
me from Maxine Ducoste-Amedee. Your facility has been deemed a permitted use and will
not require a conditional use permit. Please keep a copy of this email in your records. I
am also enclosing copies of the pictures that were taken during the tour.
It is our understanding that this is the last outstanding issue concerning this property
and Carole Aronson, Esquire may continue the closing process. If this is incorrect, please
contact my office immediately so we may continue the closing process.

We would like to thank you for the opportunity of touring the facility, which greatly helped us understand the
specific operation of the business.
We have discussed the matter with the Planning and Zoning Director immediately after the site visit. Our
interpretation would allow this business under Section 8.A.3.a.(7) Furniture, cabinets, and wood fixtures, with
gross floor area of shop greater than two thousand (2,000) square feet. And under Section 8.A.1.c.(4) Building
materials, home improvement stores, lumber, door and window hardware, shades, shutters, blinds, and awnings;
fencing, roofing, flooring, carpeting, tile, hardware, tools, paint, wallpaper, shelving, cabinets, furniture, partitions,
kitchen and bathroom fixtures, pools and spas, glass and mirrors, plumbing and electrical supplies, and the like,
including retail sales. The conditional use would not be required.
Also, as requested I am providing you copies of the pictures we took this morning.
