Pavement of parking area (as depicted on the attached plan) . Permits required from other permitting agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) , Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD) , Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) , Palm Beach County Health Department (PBCHD), Palm Beach County Engineering Department (PBCED), Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resource Management (PBCDERM) and any others, shall be included with the permit request. 3. Provide written and graphic scales on all sheets. 4. Photometries will be required prior to issuance of any CO showing that the parking area is lit to the minimum standards of the City of Boynton Beach. It may be advisable to evaluate current lighting conditions to see if existing on-site lighting is adequate. 5. Provide a landscape plan so that sight distances may be evaluated at the driveway onto NE 12th Ave. Show sight triangles on the Landscape plans (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.H.) using a 25-ft. sight triangle. Indicate, by note on the Landscape Plan, that wi thin the sight triangles there shall be an unobstructed cross-visibility at a level between 2.5' and 8' above the pavement (LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article II, Section 5.H.). 7. Drainage plans, including drainage calculations, will be reviewed at the time of permitting. A cursory review of the provided calculations showed no obvious errors. 8. Paving, Drainage and Site details will not be reviewed for construction acceptability at this time. All engineering construction details shall be in accordance with the applicable City of Boynton Beach Standard Drawings and the "Engineering Design Handbook and Construction Standards" and will be reviewed at the time of construction permit application. 9. A cursory review of the provided details notes that our standards were not utilized, in particular the Exfiltration Trench Detail. Please review our standard details and correct accordingly. 10.Show all utility easements on the Site Plan and Landscape Plan so that we may determine which appurtenances, trees or shrubbery may interfere with utilities. In general, palm trees will be the only tree species allowed within utility easements. Canopy trees may be planted outside of the easement so that roots and branches will not impact those utilities within the easement in the foreseeable future. The LDR, Chapter 7.5, Article I, Section 18 .1 gives public utilities the authority to remove any trees that interfere with utility services, either in utility easements or public rights-of-way. 11. The LDR, Chapter 6, Article IV, Section 16 requires that all points on each building will be within 200 feet of an existing or proposed fire hydrant. Please demonstrate that the plan meets this condition, by showing all hydrants. 12.Comprehensive Plan Policy 3.C.3.4. requires the conservation of potable water. As other sources are readily available City water shall not be allowed for irrigation. 13.AII comments requiring changes and/or corrections to the plans shall be reflected on all appropriate sheets. 14.Please note that changes or revisions to these plans may generate additional comments.
