We hereby request modifications to the approved site plan as follows: - Addition of new store front door on east side of building. - New concrete stoop (to comply with ADA) in front of new door. The proposed store front doors lead customers into the showroom (see attached floor plan) and away from the overhead door area where deliveries are made. The concrete stoop is located on existing asphalt area and will not interfere with the existing landscape or pervious area. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office.
