In response to your request dated September 19, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of a rear access door and landing (as depicted on the
attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 9/20/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

Request for Minor Site Plan Modification
The existing building is a warehouse with an overhead door and an adjacent 36"
man door facing the parking lot (east). We hereby request modifications to the
approved site plan as follows:
- Addition of new store front door on east side of building.
- New concrete stoop (to comply with ADA) in front of new door.
The proposed store front doors lead customers into the showroom (see attached
floor plan) and away from the overhead door area where deliveries are made.
The concrete stoop is located on existing asphalt area and will not interfere with
the existing landscape or pervious area.
