In response to your request dated December 22, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Fac;ade modifications, including removal/addition of windows,
installation of hip roof over existing shed roof and change of
balcony railing to match existing (as depicted on the attached
drawing) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 12/27/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions:
1. Confirmation from Solid Waste Division of roll-out container use
and storage location.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

On behalf of the St. Andrews Club, we are requesting a Minor Site Plan modifcation for the
previously approved application MMSP 03 -077.
Attached please find a set of drawings addressing minor modifications and a check for One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00). These modifications are primarily to the proposed building elevations namely:
removal/addition of windows on elevations
installing hip roof over existing shed roof to be more compatible
modification of balcony railing to match other club facilities
In addition these plans address the conditions of approval as stated in your letter of September 25,
2003.
