Dear Mr. Abadie:
In response to your request dated September 27, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Modification of window colors from white to bronze (as depicted
on the attached plan) .
· Modification of front door and garage door colors from dark
green to a brown wood stain color (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
· Modification of railing colors from white to bronze and fence
from green to bronze (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date
stamped 9/27/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project may continue
to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Re: Venetian Villas Color Scheme
Dear Mr. Breese,
Please note that we are requesting a minor modification to the approved site plan. The
change will occur on the approved color scheme and is as follows:
1) Windows will be bronze in lieu of white
2) Front door and garage doors will be painted a brown wood stain color in lieu of a
cushing green color. .
