Re: Quantum Lakes Mixed Use
Site plan modification
To Whom It May Concern:
The parking area in the middle of the site has been re-aligned. This re-alignment reduced
planting areas with proposed trees. It also created new landscape area to the north and
south of the parking area. Basically, the trees proposed for the middle area were adjusted
to fit into the newly created planting area. Trees that were proposed in landscape islands
were adjusted to fit into the re-aligned islands. All proposed landscaping was re-used,
resulting in no net loss.

Dear Ed:
We have revised our site plan to reflect a larger and more pleasing public area in front of Mixed
Use Building Number 2. The intention was to create a more pedestrian friendly environment
on that side of the project. Also, as a result, we have increased the amount of landscaping on
the south side of Retail Building Number 3. This was accomplished by reducing the landscape
island that was in the middle of the parking lot between the two buildings. We anticipate that
you will be in agreement, as we are, that this is an improvement to the project and would like to
say thank you for you acceptance and consideration.
Sincerely,

Laurinda,
In regards to our conversation conceming the retaining wall at Quatum Park Village. There is going to be a 4' clear space from the
face of the parking curb to the bottom of the retaining wall. This will allow enough space to plant hedge material and still maintain
enough space for parking. Please let me know if I understood this correctly and if I can proceed with the construction of the retaining
wall based on these measurements.
Thank you,
Joe DePasquale
