Dear Mr. Merelli:
In response to your request dated November 29, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Modification of building elevations, including installation and
removal of windows and doors as well as installation of dust
collectors (as depicted on the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 11/29/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. All new windows, doors, and overhead doors shall match the others
within the same building relative to style, materials and color.
The dust collectors and any building openings proposed to be closed
shall be painted to match the rest of the building.
2. The proposed dust collectors shall be located so as not to reduce
the necessary backing area for the parking spaces.
3. This approval is specific to the exterior improvements. Any
interior improvements depicted on the plans are subject to Building
Department review and approval.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
