Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 11/18/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions: 1. The revision requested reduces the total parking count by three (3) spaces, leaving 855 parking spaces, the exact amount required by code. The cover sheet to your plans, and any other sheets within the rectified plans which contain the parking calculations and counts, should be corrected to reflect this change.
