Dear Mr. Schnars:
In response to your request dated November 18, 2005 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
· Revision to the north drive and parking aisle (as depicted on
the attached plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 11/18/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review. This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application, subject to the following conditions:
1. The revision requested reduces the total parking count by three
(3) spaces, leaving 855 parking spaces, the exact amount
required by code. The cover sheet to your plans, and any other
sheets within the rectified plans which contain the parking
calculations and counts, should be corrected to reflect this
change.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
the building permit. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you
