date stamped 8/1/05 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review. This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

RE: Monteverde project at Renaissance Commons
To Karen Main:
On the above referenced project please see attached 11x1? sheets showing all
modifications to exterior elevations from site plan approval drawings. These changes have
occurred from preliminary design stage to final working drawings as of to date, the changes
involved are to do with exterior garage wall face. Also on the site plan submittal set the parking
garage was not clear on it's location in-regards to building layout please see highlighted areas.

To Karen Main:
On the above referenced project please see attached 11x17 sheets showing all
modifications to exterior elevations from site plan approval drawings. These changes have
occurred from preliminary design stage to final working drawings as of to date, the changes
involved are to do with exterior window/door location being slightly adjusted for structural
reasons. Also on the site plan submittal set the parking garage was not clear on it's location in-
regards to building layout please see highlighted areas.
The permitted sets for submittal have these changes already incorporated on the architectural
elevation pages as well as structural. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at
