The new community center that is being constructed as part of the Wilson Project will include a cupola, This will raise the height of the building to 52 feet from the finished floor to the top of the roof peak. It will be 48 feet from the finished floor to the truss bearing plate. We request consideration for an exception of seven (7) feet, which is the difference between 45 feet and the highest point of the cupola. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter.
