RE: Application for Rezoning and Site Plan - Harbor Cay, LLC Dear Sir: The applicant justifies the request for rezoning of the properties with current zoning ofC.2 and Bl-AA into an Infill Planned Unit Development (IPUD) due to the fact, that the current zoning is unsuitable for redevelopment of the neighborhood. The rezoning would be consistent with the applicable comprehensive plan and the overall plan of the Community Redevelopment Agency.
