I am requesting a nine (9) month time extension on the development order for Pylon
Interstate Plaza Phase IT, File No. HTEX 03-009 located at 1501 Corporate Drive. The
reason for the extension is that the financing of the project is just being finalized. Due to
this time restraint, I am requesting the nine (9) month extension from February 3,2005.
