The outdoor table locations (4 tables with 4 chairs each) shall be exactly as shown on the attached drawing with the clear aisles as depicted. The 5th table was eliminated to ensure adequate pedestrian access to the mall and other tenant entrances. 2. The outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas must be maintained in good repair. 3. The outdoor seating is simply for waiting patrons and not intended for food service. Should you desire to serve food at these tables, a Minor Site Plan Modification will be required, as well as the upgrade of your business tax certificate and payment of additional Capital Facilities fees. 4. These tables and chairs have been approved by the Mall management as to location and type. Since all tenants will need to comply with this standard, any future change in table and chair type must be approved by both the Mall and the City. Please contact me at (561) 742-6260 if you have additional questions. Dear Kevin: We have looked at the existing crape myrtle that is blocking the sign at Toojay's restaurant. We are recommending that thi So tree be relocated to the north side of the east pedestrian entrance to the mall (by thl~ food court). Please see the attached sketch. The height from the paving to the bottom of the Toojay's sign is approximately 18'. We are recommending that the existing cr~lpe myrtle be replaced with a different variety of crape myrtle. To ensure proper assembly, it is suggested that you toke adequate time to locate and identify each part. To prevent scratching of the finished pieces, we recommend this unit to be assembled on a clean, flat, solid. surface with a drop cloth. allowing plenty of working room. Alsa please read the instructions and study the sketches very carefully. A little extra time spent before assembly will be well worth it in performing a complete. proper assembly. Please note that all parts have been precut and pre-drilled. During the assembly process leave all bolts and nuts "finger tight", until the entire unit is completely assembled. This allows room for movement to level or adjust all seats, tops. benches, framework and braces if necessary. After final adjustment and leveling, permanently tighten all nuts, bolts and fasteners. 7 L CAMINO TABLE AND LEG ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Invert top (A-) and attach legs (C 1) to opposite side of offset, using ane (F), two (G) and one (H) per each (F).
