Re: Proposed Signage
Boynton Estates
Dear Mr. Breese,
We have been hired by the Boynton Estates Home Owners Association to furnish and
install signage at the entrance-w their community.
As you may recall we spoke some~eeks back regarding this project and the first
question that arose was ownershi~ithe property where the sign is to be installed. I have
since met with the City's engineering department and it has been determined this is not
public right-of-way but private property. So it appears we may proceed.
I'm enclosing herewith:
1. Check for $100.00 payable to City of Boynton Beach for plan review.
2. Four copies of the site plan showing the location of the proposed sign.
3. Four color copies of the proposed sign including color renderings and shop
drawings.
Also note, the community intends to supply the required landscape at the base of the sign.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
