Correct me if I am wrong, the only differences I see in the new version (#6) are: - The channel letter sign on the east bank elevation have moved from the higher wall face, over top of the glass storefront to the lower wall face, adjacent to the glass storefront. - The re-introduction of the display box that staff question on the original submittal, and that the applicant removed prior to bringing in revised plans to the TART meeting. The first change does not present any issues. The second change however, must be for advertising purposes, and as such would not be acceptable. If I have missed anything else, or if you simply have questions, please let me know. -----Original Message----- From: Glas-Castro, Kimberly [mailto:Kimberly.Glas-Castro@ruden.com] Sent: Wednesday, March 29, 2006 1:24 PM To: Breese, Ed Cc: Ethan .Armentrout@kimley-horn.com Subject: Commerce Bank version 5 (06-025-5) and new, version 6 bank signage (06-025-6), which the Bank would like for the City to consider for approval Kimberly Kay Glas- Castro Land Planner ~~ 222 Lakeview Avenue Suite 800 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Direct 561-838-45421 Fax 561-514-3442 Kimberly.Glas-Castro@ruden.com 1 www.ruden.com NOTICE: This e-mail message and any attachment to this e-mail message contains confidential information that may be legally privileged. The site circulation plan needs to be designed as such to encourage project generated traffic willing to travel east on Boynton Beach Boulevard to use the driveway on Winchester Park Boulevard.
