Dear Mr. Banushi:
In response to your request dated May 16, 2006 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following:
. Addition of a rear doors and blocking in of former door and
window locations on rear elevation (as depicted on the attached
plan) .
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 5/16/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review.

1. New rear doors shall match the others within the same building
relative to style, materials and color.
2. The infill of openings in the wall shall consist of the same
materials as the remainder of the structure, have the same finish
and be painted the same color.
3. If the scope of the project demands removal of landscaping, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
