The church will contain a day-care program which will occupy 1,712 square feet of the building with the remaining to be used for church facilities, The site is currently vacant and the project is to be completed in the year 2006, Access to the site is to be provided through an access driveway on N.E. 10th Avenue, Per your request, this study has been prepared to comply with the requirements of Palm Beach County Traffic Performance Standards (TPS) Article 12 of the Palm Beach County Unified Land Development Code. The trip generation characteristics of the development have been determined using the Institute of Transportation Engineers, "Trip Generation Report", 7th Edition. Table 1 presents the trip generation characteristics ofthe proposed development while table 2 presents the trip generation rates, As shown in Table 1, the proposed development has the potential to generate less than 20 trips during the peak hours, Therefore, based on Palm Beach County Traffic Performance Standards the proposed developments meets TPS requirements and does not require a traffic study.
