Tenant Relocation:
The creation of this complex phasing plan was guided by the relocation of the existing
tenants. The idea behind the phasing plan is to relocate all tenants in the eastern part of
the shopping center and move them into vacancies in the rest of the shopping center
while construction of Phases IA and IE take place. After construction is finished, we
could then relocate all tenants from the shopping center (excluding Publix) into the newly
created space and then demolish the western part of the center. At that time, we could
start construction of the new Publix store (so they could continue to operate during
construction). The final stage would involve the relocation ofPublix to the new space and
then the construction of the parking garage in the SW quadrant and Phase lIB.
